ABSTRACT
“People need to feel safe to be who they are—to speak up when they have an idea, or to speak out when they feel something isn’t right.”― Eunice Parisi-Carew
Good working conditions are always affects an enterprise’s growth. Commonly, such growth are undertaken to increase a company’s ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations. However, it is vital to bear in mind that the potential for improvement and positive working environment is inextricably tied to the overall business environment. The application of systemic principles, such as TQM philosophy, helps complete improvements and identifies areas in which improvements are necessary. In any improvement efforts, considerable significance should be ascribed to workers, the target area of measures and the people expected to benefit. To ensure proper conditions that make it possible to complete tasks, it is essential to refer to ergonomic requirements. For the measures taken to be effective, it is crucial to associate ergonomic requirements with the systemic principles enshrined in the TQM philosophy. Ergonomics is an attempt to look at the office environment and its impact on the individual.
As a result, many oragnisations have redesigned the work environment, placing more emphasis on factors such as health, work productivity- poor office layout, ventilation, lighting and even decor
